Will it retain a smell?  

The inside of the house smelled horrible and after all the personal items were removed and the carpet and pad, it was better but not completely resolved.

I have a client that has a cozy home that they would love to sell the problem is the smell.  

What this means I think is that there will be lots of opportunities for investors, especially as I believe the hedge funds who smelled an opportunity in rentals during the bottom will look for better returns elsewhere as the market approaches new highs.

For the stereotypical Portlandia style vegans, the smell of and thought of meat is quite offensive.  

This was extremely beneficial as we did not have to deal with any potential increased fire hazards or smells that come from smoking marijuana. 2) Because the dispensaries were only allowed to operate within a very specific area, (I have been told that their permit only allows them to operate within a few city blocks here in Oakland.) the dispensaries do their best to run a very smooth operation.

Mind/Body/Spirit: I find that if I can keep myself physically active & continually learning, this helps my "spirit."
