We already put some no trespassing signs up on the property, but am considering blocking access to the driveway with some boulders to deter the common moron from squatting there as a tactical measure.

For commuting...well, drivers are atrocious, and the cycle lanes just randomly stop after several blocks of protection.

People are lined up down the street, around the block, and to the next county waiting for affordable units. 

I’m curious whether I would get enough renters at a property 10 minutes from the beach, rather than having a property to rent one block from the beach.

I would like to know the pros n cons v of buying one block from the beach v buying 10 minutes from the beach.

Going to be blocking out some time every night to do this.

Last year used H&R Block, definitely wouldn't use again with the second property for this year...
