I called VRM about 10 months ago, i was notified that the program was suspended....but due to be back online soon.

Then I'm usually back home to finish some administrative details, exercise in between and then off to city hall or county recorder's office (only one, the WORST one in customer service, isn't online - the other 3 that I use are all online).

Unless you've got a lot of experience in this business, I'll bet that your expenses are 50% to 100% higher than your original estimate.

Everytime I get a new home or tenant I just add it to the system and the tenant pays on line and it goes straight to my bank account.

Just because it is an standard sales does not mean a family trust is selling it because the person passed away. and you can find those leads on line look for obituary leads. 

You can bet the free stuff just leads to the stuff to buy so you get all the secrets.The payment of money, regardless of what you might like to call it, or anything of value that might be exchanged with any promise or agreement to grant title to any kind of asset IS a financing arrangement.

Some counties have that data available online too.
