VA Vendee Loan - Lending Aspect

I know that VRMCO has the selling aspect for the VA Vendee loans, but what is going on with the lending aspect? Does anyone know if this is totally suspended? I see VRMCO has the properties listed, but no financing is available as of yet?

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated!
