If you get audited does the tax attorney have attorney client privacy disclosure on discussions you have had versus a CPA??

The guy threatened to shoot my handyman when he asked for rent so I feel no remorse for the piece of trash.

Very prescient in my opinion.Both of us are only willing to invest a max $10k a piece (total $20k) on any one deal.

Doesn't look like the formax has any safe guards against mismatching pieces with variable data?

Are you still getting hit from the owners for the financial audits and squeezing out every cent for the shopping centers??

The same applies to "Dealer Status", IRC does not specify a number of deals that make you a dealer, and there is cases where 1 deal was a dealer and 100 deals was not a dealer.Both of these questions will only come up if you are audited, but you better prepare your response now while you have time to provide justification.

A degree in my opinion is just a $100,000 piece of paper that really won't help me as much as actual experience would.
