@Andrew Syrios and @Brandt TingenThere are numerous refinance products on the market that will go to 70% (some don't even require income verification if your DCR or D/R is too tight to go full doc) and some even to 75%.

The 401K loan willl also not show on the credit report, but it will show on the paystub or when they order a Verification of Employment (VOE) from your employer.

I would be interested in seeing the age of the roof, and the AC and HVAC of each unit, but if turnkey and if these are ok, then our major expenses should be taken care of.
