What are some things you are noticing that are slowing diminishing within your business?

I don't know your market in detail, but it looks a little slow and it looks like the Zillow Zestimates aren't too far off. 

But its been a slow process so far in the process. 

I'm half way through a slow flip of the Tampa condo and will probably sell it at some point after that to trade up.  

Plus lot rents here are getting ridiculous and aren't slowing down.  

Homes are selling with only a few days on the market and prices are high.My thought is the rise in interest rates will slow the market down.

There are a lot of posts here on BP with people saying that flipping in Las Vegas has become very slow and that it is more of a buy and hold market. 

@Mark SwovelandI think you have an opportunity to accelerate your real estate portfolio here.You can take the package, and then find another financial services job (they're always hiring as well) and have a double salary. 

Since according to Cozy.co their ACH payer batch pays their ACH's @ 2pm Pacific Time.Overall, the service is slow, I had read in another forum about similar complaints and how Cozy was claiming to be working on speeding up this process, however, it does not appear to have gotten any faster, or if this is the faster version, it's not very timely.This is from their website;Payments typically take 4-6 business days to reach the receiving account.
