What will happen in your market when the Fed raises interest rates?
We are currently in a sellers market in my area. Homes are selling with only a few days on the market and prices are high.
My thought is the rise in interest rates will slow the market down. How much, I don't know. But, would like to see it turn in the investors favor.
What do you believe will happen in your area?
