I like BP because it introduces me to many different aspects to investing and you can meet those in your area for meet-ups I also like YouTube where I have my channel "Invest LYH" and others like Mike Zuber and @Dion McNeeley's Dion Talk Financial.

I don't know if this is what you are looking for but when I was studying for my Real Estate License exam the Prep Agent on YouTube really helped me!

I've been reading a ton of information and checking out youtube videos on the subject but I am still a little unclear on the process.

Youtube also has a lot of videos and there are tons of web resources available with general educational content, including ours - Education - Penn Capital 

You need to use a strategy that actually gets you in touch somehow with motivated sellers.Facebook ads, Youtube ads, PPC...No matter your struggles..

If you don't know how to do it check YouTube or get someone who knows how to locate it.

Watch on youtube subto etc etc.   

I’d also recommend YouTube and a lot of books on investing and finance.
