I think someone did buy it.It's not optimal for retail that much.You run into retail centers in sub optimal locations or design features with layout so they attract the office and warehouse type renter crowd at lower per sq ft rates.

There are many types of applicants you simply can not consider that are in addition to your normal screening standards.Ontario is a highly tenant friendly jurisdiction.Before you ever even consider investing you need to study the Ontario RTA and LTB web sites.Tenants have a very serious advantage over small investors so being prepared and heavily armed with the knowledge of the law is absolutely mandatory.

Browsed the WCRT web site and STILL have no idea what the letters "WCRT" stands for.

My career is in computer programming and web development and have already gotten some ideas about how to use those skills in my real estate business.

The least expensive normal gas water heater I see on Home Depot's web site is $430 or so, and is a tiny 29 gallon unit.
