Hello everyone my name is Andrew Mickelson and I have been in real estate for a little over a year now. I am currently the Controller at a private new construction and rehab construction lender located in the state of Minnesota.

My goals/reasons for joining BP would be to attain knowledge on how to acquire over time a small portfolio of rental properties that cash flow/break even on an annual basis.  Any advise/guidance in the rental business will be welcomed as being a lender is very different from being a property manager.

I found out about BP by just searching the web and like most people started reading the forums and general information shared on the website. I have recently started listing to the podcasts on my drive to work and feel they are very helpful and another way to attain additional knowledge.

Feel free to reach out to me to network and I look forward to being a part of the BP team

Andrew
