Remember that there are myriad ways to make these deals happen, but you will have to be open to trying new techniques to overcome the roadblocks.A lot of people just stop at 4 properties because the big banks say that's the limit.

Also if you have one of the "pressure point repairs", like mold or asbestos this can be a way of making sure they know and can force them into a disclosure issue where they know all of their offers going forward will be greatly reduced.It may still be a valid technique for an individual seller, but isn't necessarily where I'd start.
