As many of you know, I tried hosting BP Investors meet up on last friday's of the month.

I have been focusing on getting liquid to take advantage of the "black friday" real estate discounts.

As far as my rentals, I don't have a ton of vacancies but I had on open up on Friday and it was filled by Saturday with the tenant moving in on the 1st.  

By 5:42pm, the agent that toured the property with us today said she just spoke to the original listing agent that never called me back and someone else made an offer Friday night 1/8, Sallie Mae accepted Saturday morning 1/9!!!
