I'd imagine this has a lot to do with knowing a market down to the street-to-street level, so that you can be in the blue-collar, working class types of neighborhoods vs.

I don't see anything wrong with the blue.

For me... this all seems odd that someone is calling you out of the blue, and wants you to buy a place and help him pay less tax.

Personally, I'd look to go a bit further up the blue line,  Logan Square, Avondale, Irving Park.
