I listed the duplex on Friday for $245k, we got 9 offers, and we sold it Tuesday for $271k.  

There is a ton that this platform has to offer.

Hey folks, any suggestions on the best way to get rental comps for an area?  

I suggest you get the tenant involved in checking in regularly and asking them to move things a long.
