There are occasionally units without the w/d but most do provide a fridge. 

One of the two teachers in the videos would occasionally mix up his words and say things a little backwards so it is a good idea to check for yourself if something sounds odd.  

(I used to work for a company that did occasional repairs like this) Sounds like an exciting first week! 

Occasionally unscrupulous landlords will inflate the rental figures by increasing the rents each year, while simultaneously providing the tenants with a concession equal to the increase in rent, so on paper the figures are higher than the units are actually worth.

We occasionally take out some profits for fun money. 

Or ,perhaps , can I rent one rooms to someone or do Air Bnb  occasionally, while still living there?
