But now I’m set to start my investment journey in the US, and as many of us know - NY is not the most affordable market.I’m looking to start with a house hack and I’m open and willing to move to fairly anywhere in the US.

Hey Dominic, today we toured 8 properties in New Orleans with my business partner, with 3 that needed some renovation work, 2 of those could be ready to move in quickly, and the other 5 needed way more work.

But I really love the results.painting cabinets I think can be very subjective and it can depend on the comps in the area your comparing your property. we also started from the ceiling and move down with this refresh— painted the ceiling and installed new light fixtures to Brighten the space—and sometimes that’s enough to “refresh” a space but in our case we wanted to move forward with painting the cabinets from the orangey oak. before after

So, if it's a matter of already having a tenant ready to move in on a specific date or if you just didn't want to continue. 

I am also thinking of buying 4 bedroom home now or in the near future and renting it out until I move there.

I’m gonna be moving soon and currently have a cleaner for my STR and I handle the rest which is fine while I’m around the area, but moving states away I’m not sure on how I’m gonna do this  and I will have 2 separate units.

She was a great tenant but moved out of state, I wish to be able to find another tenant that was just like her.
