I missed out on a 2/1 in the unincorporated Yucca Mesa area last March (went with another market) that was around $260k iirc. 

The insurance company drags their feet, hired crap contractors that do crap work and often band aid the issue so its continues to be an issue over and over. 

This is the first drop in the housing index since March 2012 (over 10 years.)

We install new filters quarterly in the fall and right after the new year and then (hopefully) once in March.

I live In the OC and have a condo I was planning on selling next March (that’s when the 2 year mark is for me) but my work (a non profit) is asking me if I can move to Santa Barbara to be closer to our office there.

Very minor damage, but I just bought the property March 22 and want to make sure other parts of the property are accounted for.

I initially purchased my 1st investment property March 2022, it was tenant occupied, but the tenants moved out and left the place a mess and it needed some TLC. 

Many more Florida counties were flooded by the inner and outer rain bands of this 500-mile-wide storm.

The process went smoothly and our permit was approved back in March.

The properties that I have looked at in the Philadelphia area (B and C Class) also seem to have multi-family properties from top-to-bottom and utilities are separate besides for water.
