I heard a quick-tip on the BP Podcast today with @Joshua Dorkin and I thought I would try it out.

@Joshua Gordon Rich Dad is not a scam, but it is very expensive to gain the same knowledge that you can receive out here on BiggerPockets or through networking with others.

Paper Profits by @Joshua Andrews is another good read for note investing. 

The most clearly written book I have read on note investing is @Joshua Andrews book "Paper Profits" but there are certainly many other quality books about notes.

@Joshua BaileyYes definitely doable and done all the time.We did BRRR with two properties like that only difference is we kept them as rentals and refinanced them but had to wait to refinance
