If you have low motivation you are likely to keep your head in the sand and just pull your property off the market.Strong Motivators are job loss,divorce,illness,inheriting an estate,job transfer,having kids and need more space,facing foreclosure.Weak Motivators are would like to get a nicer home,would like larger space but no specific reason,don't like the neighbors anymore,etc.You need to determine what your mortgage payoff is and what you need to net after expenses to reach your goals.A broker/agent will be happy to meet and give you this value and it costs nothing for the initial meeting.

At that point, ill have lived in the house 2 years, and can hopefully (income allowing) purchase another home owner occupied?

Ill print out a contact form so they can give that to there attorney along with the contract.

Let's not forget to get the preachers involved and get the word out in the churches....let's pray (prey)alright, on the less fortunate, unknowing, ill informed, and especially those who want to follow the American dream.

I think this might be my best bet no cash down at all ill rent it for those 3 months. what all contracts i needed that different from the ones i use for an subject to deal

I like how that thought feels compared to "I'm wasting money renting and Ill never buy anything" feeling.
