Hello all I have Never experienced this and honestly not sure what to do.

I'd say first step is to find a good local lender in CC that is experienced in 203K loans. 

I am an experienced trade who watches pre-market to the end of the day at least 4 out of 5 times a week.

But, it might be good to take a beat.The best thing might end up being trying to network with other, more experienced, local investors by letting them know about this deal and asking for nothing in return.

I'd say to work with an experienced agent in your area; they tend to have many previous clients and know how to reach out to motivated sellers that would rather take a quick sell rather than letting it go to a bidding war and wait 4 weeks. 

I am a relatively new BP Member looking to make new connections and learn from experienced investors, especially in my area.

@JD Mims,I haven't experienced this situation personally, but I did tour a property which had a shared coin-operated laundry room.
