House re-sold at sheriff sale after Title Company error!

Hello all

I have Never experienced this and honestly not sure what to do. We sold a property using an agent  and their title company almost a year ago. A few months ago we started getting letters in the mail telling us property taxes were due and needed to be paid to which we reached out to our Realtor and forwarded the letters. Fast forward to today and we were informed that a property we closed on nearly a year ago was re-sold at sheriff sale!!!

After numerous calls  and emails and nothing was done.

Has anyone ever heard of such craziness?
