The workers see it as a forced savings plan because they do not have the self control to get ahead.This is why people's retirements etc. that have limited income these investments can be risky.I am just personally not a fan of pulling 100 investors at 2,000 a piece etc.

@Ilona Kovacs: We've had clients tell us that their coaching is "overpriced".I'm personally a big fan of Robert Kiyosaki and often recommend his books to investors because there is a lot of good foundational and attitudinal information in them.

SFH investments might be a bit lower on the down payment sections.I haven't seen too many SFH in New England worth buying as rentals.
