If your application/lease process obtains consent for reporting rent payments to a credit agency (ours does an part of the consent to pull the applicant's credit history) I would report the default on their credit file. 

If you worked for another agency that provided the e&o/carriers etc, then they would likely require/want more production than just a couple of accounts (every firm varies).      

That is generally where the govt. agency has more leeway to compensate you. 

There isn't really much room since these are Agency guidelines that the banks need to meet in order to get the loan done.

They indicate they can help me establish corporate credit for my LLC, more quickly navigate to an 80 Paydex score and also connect me with lenders who are more likely to provide unsecured loans to my business (and also help to quickly report credit to the top corporate credit reporting agencies.  

The new hybrid agencies I'm seeing are actually interesting and, I think, the future of the real estate agent.  

I have done a few deals where my broker was also the listing agent and acted in a dual-agent capacity - but I know my broker and knew what I was getting involved with.  2.

The best places I found were from community colleges, any trade schools about construction, or even a temp agency.

He thinks it's worth more than $300k, said something about an insurance agency saying 800k.
