Very-friendly, from their starting terms to their customer service.  

I have a aunt in law and they do well with it even though they are in a rural area but they do live close enough to a water park that can help with getting interested customers.

Note, it is not like I don't know this which is why I only refer my customers to one of two local highly established rock guys.

If I owned a management company I would rather have a customer with 1 god property that is hands off, trusts me and is cooperative than a customer with dozens of properties that is difficult to work with.Frank

Landlords are still in the customer service business and we should never forget that.  

Since this is my main interaction and first with my potential customers, I wanted to get a good design so I paid professional design company to create one for me.

However, I logged in today to put together a credit/background check for a group of 3 prospective tenants applying for an apartment together and now the $10 off coupon no longer works for each applicant and is only good for each application ($10 off instead of $30).I called customer service which was completely useless and determined that the best quick solution was to submit each applicant separately which is a bit tedious.
