Many tax pros at this point are only answering their phones for current customers as the filing deadline is 3 weeks away.If you're looking for help for 2020 and beyond, maybe give it a couple of weeks before reaching out.

Okay, so it looks to me that your customer aren't doing the searching. 

Early on in my career, I would fight to make every customer happy.

Their customer service is outstanding and I know most of the team on a first name basis.

For those who are eager enough, and willing to forgo traditional customs in favor of a virtual approach, there are deals to be had.

The tenant would be responsible for phone/internet/cable.Partial furnishings means it will have a custom built in kitchen, balcony furniture, light fixtures, and double sink/vanity with custom surround lit mirror and pendant lighting in main bath.

It potentially could be outside statute of limitations and most likely is upside down  SOL on a DOT in GA is 21 years.Also, i do not believe you would be able to collect/demand accrued interest for the last 8 years, unless the customer is still being billed.

I have spoken with multiple banks, most will not do a “commercial loan“ and the couple that I have found are either not taking new customers or do not lend to out-of-state investors like myself (Colorado).
