Searching around I was thinking how do people get the deals, MLS doesn't seem to be really doing it, and I dug deep and the wormhole brought me here :) Just recently I've called a few bandit signs to try to get in contact with wholesalers to try to see what can be had that will probably never reach the market....seems like all I've been finding are...

If I was renting the house out myself I would gladly pay a finders fee for any client you brought that passed my credit and background check and ticked all the boxes required to rent one of my properties.

I am not sure the exact color either; however, I wanted to see if anyone has taken a paint chip from the wall of the exact color they wanted to a local hardware store to match the paint.If any of you have, I am curious if it was close, or spot on to the color that you brought into the store.Thanks,Peter 

My last NYC trip, about a year ago, was the first one where I brought my wife and we had a chance to get out and see some things.  

I still do own my 4 acres in Rohnert park that is right across the street from the new Indian casino and was brought into the city as mixed use residential..

They just continued to refinish the floors and this is what I saw after they'd finished:Of course when I brought it up, the contractor said it had to have been there before or they would have noticed it.
