Basically, the city council is tired of out of town investors buying homes here as they think it's stopping all the local people from buying homes to live in.

They've all been off-market with tired landlords that owned free and clear. 

In my market if you don't do these things expect to have a lot of tire kickers and unqualified/undesirable prospects knocking on your door.

My thumbs got tired and I cut my post short.

I'm tired of living in a neighborhood and want to move into the country.

I am acquiring a single family home where a vehicle has been abandoned - tires partially or fully flat.

Like I said, it gets tiring, I wish I could turn them off

When wholesaling, I'll generally list on Craigslist once I get the property under contract; I usually get a decent number of calls from CL viewers, and while I've had a couple sales to CL folks, there tend to be more tire-kickers than serious investors.

There are alot of tired landlords that don't want to spend the money to rehab them and start all over again.
