I know you can do bandit signs to market outside on busy intersection, but with everything being online now a days, I'm sure there are plenty of ways to market from your computer, as well as other street techniques.. What are your ways of finding motivated sellers online? I know of craigslist, also, what are your thoughts on FSBO websites (i'm not talking MLS)?

While you didn't ask about MLS, this is actually how I find most of my wholesale buyers. Craigslist is #2 for me. And then my personal buyers list.
