I've had difficulty with QB as a planning tool in that it is more geared toward paying taxes and is limited to running reports based on the implementation of tax classes.

I can't even make the numbers work as an agent, the overhead of my team is too high, we are geared up to meet service expectations for 200k plus listings, so your best bet to sell is probably to contact wholesalers.The only way I have ever seen you can make money with a sub 100k property is by getting in and out before your capex sets in.

However I have  a few doubts:1) Is there any source geared towards non citizens on buying property that I could look into ( books, or brokers)?

Was originally meant to be used as a short-term/vacation rental, but covid hit as soon as we were launching so we switched gears and quickly leased it for a 2-year contract.

I switched gears and started researching the Tampa area but am unfamiliar so it would be great to gauge people's interest/experience in SF/MF rentals in the specific areas of Tampa and what they find the most attractive.
