I was in Egypt a couple weeks ago including Nile cruise, To Vegas on wed, to Dallas for semi annual review of apt project I have and grand sons' graduation, home for a week then cruise in Norway, back for couple weeks, to utah in early July for sons' wedding then bringing them all to cruise off fl, and home for 3 weeks and then big cruise in the Galapogos islands.

Also found out today that the 10 trees on the property were cut 1/2 way through and the neighbors saw him trimming trees last Wed.

Anthony, I'm back in FL for onr day then going to a seminar and expo in Vegas wed.

I'll be attending wed auction prepared on 2 others , if they go through.

(Have several family trips, reunions and a wedding this summer.)

If the numbers check out, we will be getting the house under contract this weekend and closing Wed. or Thurs.Asking Price: $65,000Sq.
