I listened in on a "Webinar" this evening that turned out to be some guy I'd never heard of hawking his $2,000 software package that is supposed to "systematize" deal analyses, making offers, and lots of deal structures (short sales, subject tos, terms).

And I receive about 300 plus emails daily with webinars that promise secrets to niches no one knows and free info then you are being offered $500 programs and website member ships. now if your mailing to about 5,000 people for 6 months straight advertise constantly(which if you don't no is all set on a timer there auto responder trigger automatically), image odds 5,000 people $500 a program if only 20 people join that's $20,000!

I read so much and learn so much from BP, plus I read books, ebooks, attend webinars, im going to a reia meeting tomorrow, I just am AFRAID i think to be alone.but if others have done it, so can i!

I moved some of the allocatations into real estate funds as a (poor) consolation but eventually switched that money back out due to lower performances than other options.I will say that I've done quite a bit of research on the SDIRA option and have attended several webinars, and have found Kaaren Hall with uDirect IRA Services to be a great option.

I just watched a webinar about a Nicaraguan development I work with where they had a segment with an IRA/401K expert on it talking about the options for investing with those funds.

Many clubs, whether they are in your area or not, will offer webinars that you can attend to learn about the various aspects of real estate investment.
