Did you setup a website for the property with photos, video walk-through, financial information, information about the area (demographics, highways, public transportation, schools, shopping)?

Most of what I've seen recommends the following:1) Make sure the city and neighborhood you're considering has the right demographics (growing population, ideally in the 20-30 year-old range since they tend to rent more), a diversified economic base, good schools, public transportation and low crime.

WHY to encourage public transportation.. but you know what this does.. people have cars anyway and its a mess.

* I have a good understanding of how to get properties under contract but I have no income, no business startup capital and no transportation at this time

Whether it is financial services, autos, transportation, etc., the "top-down" approach of providing more and more taxpayer dollars to weak corporations is ill-advised.

The UN said in its landmark global warming report that cow farts are the number one generator of greenhouse gasses (more than cars, planes, and all other forms of transportation combined).

It would have to be absorbed into your body in huge concentrations in order to transport enough to contaminate another house.

However, if they're large, the likelihood they will break in removal or transport is pretty high.

I currently transport cargo internationally but I am trying to break away from having to devote 8 months a year to being at sea and away from family.
