Even if we are never compensated we definitely want to put this on the record for others or at least for the MREC.We own several units in other states and self-manage but want a PM in Baltimore because it is a unique city.I'd love to talk to you about our PM needs and I'll send you a message.

The biggest problem is that they usually internally supply parts - so if your part is unique by any means, you will be waiting until they can source that part.

Everyone has their own process, but I recommend starting in excel with a unique ranking system based on the inputs that concern you the most.

BTW, I have a great agent, an 800+ credit score, a high paying tech job, no debt besides my mortgage, a home that's difficult to get a HELOC on because appraisers can't figure out what it's worth (I live in the country in a very unique mid century home), but only a small amount of cash.
