So as you all can imagine, I've been exposed to the risk more than once, but also to the rewards.Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife and family, enjoying the outdoors, traveling when possible.

Tampa has a lot of draws, to name a few is Beach, Boating, Golf, Casino, Intl Airport/Biz Travel, Busch Gardens, NFL/NHL/MLB, Concerts/Festivals, and more.I would say Sarasota is a submarket of Tampa but has its own attributes as well. 

When traveling, the internet access was indispensable.

We have been contemplating our strategy to start our business by having my sister buy her first home locally here in Connecticut, a duplex as her primary residence and live in one unit with our mother, while renting out the other unit to a resident, and be able to also rent out her single-family house as a short term/midterm rental to traveling nursers/working professionals on furnish finder.

There is a handful of people who travel daily for work from the lehigh valley to NYC.While I wouldn't do it, many people do.The distance is approx 100 miles which isin't hard for a lender to believe. 

If you travel a little bit in the US, you understand that there is really no reason why Milwaukee should be priced below average.

One is a traveling nurse who is only there between jigs and the other is a husband, stay at home wife, and a year old baby. 

We all offer them but it depends on if you need to have a walk in branch in your neighborhood or for traveling.  

We are looking to partner with local event planners and corporate travel bookers to help fill weekday gaps and potential book the entire property (3/3 on each of the three floors).

The size of the unit was perfect for Airbnb or travel nurse mid-term rental.
