It has UNCW, which is a fantastic university in the state, with an absolutely stunning (and large) campus. 

However, I would stay away from having people in your phots.oI’m not sure what that pole is between the living room and dining room but try to angle your photos so it’s not in there.

Every chair in the dining room was broken.

Then they blew out the old double garage making it into a massive kitchen, added a 3.5 car coach house & made the original tired old kitchen/dining room/1/2bath/hallway into a ground floor master bedroom with an ensuite.

We are actually in the process of switching to (2) 2 bed 1 bath units with shared living/kitchen/dining.

I settled on Porter because it seemed a decent compromise and I do 90% of my work on the go, it had 100% of the product’s feature set in their mobile app, and I only really needed a channel manager for AirBnB, HomeAway, and Booking.com (without feeling like they were nickel and dining me for each new channel I added).
