Find your boots on the ground and assemble a good team.

I'm starting to look for team members so I know exactly what blocks to stay away from.

Go to BUILD YOUR TEAM at the top of the screen and look for local investors or meetups in your area.

While we didn’t need significant updates, our team focused on cleaning, staging, and marketing to highlight the home's features.

Would love to connect as I also have a construction team to quote your punch list items needing to be done at the other property, as well as have some advice on management tips, tricks, etc.

The biggest challenge is finding a team you can trust that will run the business for you because its not passive at all.
