I've worked primarily in multifamily and spent 6 years doing development in Silicon Valley and the past 4 have been working on acquiring large multifamily for private investor in Minneapolis.  

Kansas City has had the 2nd highest growth in technology start ups in the last 10 years and the highest growth in information technology which is why it is now being referred to as "Silicon Prairie" The Cerner Corp has broken ground on a $4.5B multi use office complex on the site of the old Bannister Mall on the east side that is expected to create 16,000 new jobs in the next 10 years.

It's a 6 units subdivision that has all plans approved waiting for permits to be pulled (I'll verify with the building department this week).So, those who have a better sense of market condition in the next year or so for Bay Area - Silicon Valley: what's your gut feeling about this project?
