If you want more cash flow, it's possible to find them in the bay but you're going to have to sift through a ton more properties or go into some more lively areas. 

Are you trying to save time by not needing to sift through wireless and landline results?

Most of those are not quite what they are advertised to be -- but, some are good deals, so you kinda have to sift through them. 

- How do you handle the photo-sifting process for multiple properties?

If an experienced investor wants to read posts about commercial multifamily, they have to sift through hundreds of 2-4 family posts on the commercial multifamily forum. 

You could lose more than the capital you put in.Nonetheless, I find cap rates are still helpful to quickly sift and filter potential deals, even though I plan to take a loan.  

Hey there,As I’m sifting through LLC and owners of apartment complexes, I have a hard time tracking down a owners phone number.

Having obtained the list of tax sale properties (for which values will apparently be updated at least twice more before the sale), I am trying to determine the best way of sifting through the data.

But I accept that and sift through the messages to find my gem tenants. 

Right now, it's just a matter of learning this real estate business as fast as I can and sifting through leads to find my deal!
