Many VA's that have been in the business for a while are professional and have project management tools that you have access to so you can monitor your work being done, while not having to make the assistant feel like you are hounding them or standing over their shoulder so to speak while the work is being done.

"Bailout" is akin to socialism in the way it forces taxpayers to shoulder the burden of loss for greedy banks and myriad gratuitous mortgagors.Peace.

Time and time again I've heard direct mail is about constantly reconnecting and be a little monkey on their shoulder. 6 months down the road someone may be motivated finally and if they got a card every month from you they may more likely call you over some guy they heard from the first month.

I actually know afew guys who I could talk into it for $10/12 an hour and do it rightAnd some others who would do it for not much more some work Saturday so may have to wait till Sunday but it would get done#3 on a weekend call one of my boys or one of the two oldest grandsons and talk abit Then ease in that my shoulder has been bugging me .Hmmmm do you think there is any any chance I can get you to ....Put afew bundles of shingles on a roof for me????

Fixing the radiators in the units would cost me about $2,500-$3,000 but the bulk of the gas heating bill would be on my shoulders.

Most general contractors takes the stress off of your shoulders and they handle the other contractors that will be needed for the job.

People are pretty pumped that we don't have FOLGERS and head and shoulders.
