From Houston... New to Real Estate Investing... Hoping to Meet Local Investors

Hi Guys,

I'm a complete newbie to investing in RE. I would love to meet local members from the Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, Cypress, Pear Land, or even Spring area.

I would love to grab lunch and get advice on how everyone is investing locally here in Houston? I'm limited on capital so would love to learn how local members are using hard money lenders?

I have so much to learn and have a desire to go full time as a RE investor, I just need someone who might have the time to let me look over their shoulders when they are evaluating deals, making offers, and closing the deals.
