Number wise it does not look bad but this is with such limited information I would not go off of an opinion based on info provided.

Resilient channel: Install metal strips called resilient channel on the wall framing before adding insulation, creating an air gap to further dampen sound.

Okay so is there a need for an LLC which has some terms in the operating agreement?
