Hello Everyone,I've had a few interesting conversations with investors and real estate agents this week, and it got me thinking more about the relationship between property managers and their clients.

Fast forward twenty years and (maybe a $100M in cumulative real estate transactions later) and I'm still advising investors on asset management, typically focused on real estate as an agent OR mortgage broker, but conversely with clientele of my own age group with similar goals. 

Honestly, the conversations I've had with my clients that are debating the portfolio v. single asset refinances have landed on how much do you value flexibility.

If your LLC conducted any business this year, you’ll likely need to file a final partnership return (Form 1065) to report income and expenses up to the point of conversion.

The neighbor A had a conversation with tenant and the tenant said their renter insurance won’t cover it due to the act of God.

I remeber my buddy’s first partnership happened by sheer chance at a coffee shop-he ran into another investor and one conversation led to a multi-property deal.
