I work in Real Estate by helping my boss find investment properties and I’m going to focus on being an agent next semester full time (I only have an afternoon class).

My name is Josh Kirk and I'm a 21 year old from Lynchburg, Virginia, currently 3 semesters away from a Bachelors degree in Aviation Management from Liberty University.

A semester before finishing I switched to Robotics Engineering thinking I could get a nice wage as an engineer and invest on the side. 2 semesters before getting my B.S in Mechatronics in Cal State Chico, I got forced out of school due to financial aid being cut because undocumented students had a time limit of 2 years with financial aid that I did not know about in California.

Are out for me til the end of the semester, class at night, but hopefully after this semester I can make it.

I've looked at investing in student housing close to major universities in France, Spain or Italy, where there are many international students etc.However, I have some concerns so far:Q1: Student housing with international students have a high turnover rate and the tenants may only live in a room for a semester (like 4-5 months).

I will ensure each semester is more than half time in order to receive the housing stipend while also receiving income from my full time job.

I went to college for 3 semesters starting back in 2003.

I will be studying business finance at UNR starting in the fall 2020 semester.

Last semester I was working three jobs and still scraping by paycheck to paycheck every month with bills.
