fix, flip, wholesale, rent, invest, sandwich lease, CFD,..... ahhhhh!

Hello everyone,I’m a newbie, so sorry if that’s an obvious question.1) When you are contacting the seller about the property, do you have to tell him with your initial offer that you are looking for a sandwich lease?

I am having trouble understanding how the lease is handled when a buyer exercises their option to buy.Example sandwich option: I have a 2 year LO with the original seller I have a 1 year LO with the new tenant buyerBuyer comes across some cash in month 10 of the agreement and is ready to exercise the option. 

What @James Hamling mentioned is a "Sandwich lease option".

*IF* that is the only wall you have to repair, and if just sandwiches between two other walls, you could cover just that wall with 1/4" drywall (mentioned above), tape and mud the joint, and do new corner beads.

You can try advertising for professional roommate, someone who has a similar schedule to you, but you won't have any way of knowing that they can get by on 4 hours sleep and thus be up until 2 AM making sandwiches and playing WoW. 

Can you do a sandwich lease option and make it work? 

I keep the cheese in the middle of the sandwich!!

First you either will need to own the home or do a sandwich lease option.
