Should you tell the seller that will be a sandwich lease?
Hello everyone,
I’m a newbie, so sorry if that’s an obvious question.
1) When you are contacting the seller about the property, do you have to tell him with your initial offer that you are looking for a sandwich lease?
2) is Zillow a good site to look for your first rental property? If not which one would you recommend?
Thank you.
