(Attention BP investors in that niche, a robotic garage would be great here, call me ) There's a few prime spots left for commercial type buildings (mixed use) but it's a hot market here,and the rental and SFR, MFR market is super tight, so from investment standpoint, it's ideal. 

Just saying there are multiple factors in decision making because we are humans not robots. 

So we made our submittal on March 12th.

but I knew that between the robotics and other stuff I could not figure out what you mean.. your a driven dude.. and I was one of the first to give you a little bit of tough love.. but once you cracked the code your a winner.. but then again you would win at any sales and marketing you just happened to chose real estate.

This just accelerates it in a big way and likely pushes AI and robots for low income to median income labor jobs to faster automation.

GM makes "investments" in it's robotic assembly line systems, right, but those are just assets to perform the construct of making there final product of which they sell.

I count among my tenants a computer scientist and a robotics technician.
