Habitat Restore is my favorite.  

CL, I owned a roofing company for many years and did lots of restoration insurance work.

We've done nice bottles of wine, engraved silverware, gift certs to mid-high end home good stores (restoration hardware, etc), etc.

Then I would restore it rather than knock it down to build a mansion.       

Landlordreserves the right to restore the landscaping to its initial condition, as itwas at the time of Tenant’s taking occupancy (possession) or at the time ofinitial restoration if performed during Tenant’s occupancy. 

I'll probably start by seing if the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store has a match. 

What I've decided to do is approach them and depending on if they need cash right away or can wait, I'll present either a seller finance of 20% and finance the rest or a MLO.

If we have an inflationary period, I would rather be holding on to real estate.Of course everything does not adjust at the same speed but balance is usually restored.

I'm currently learning residential wiring from the best electrician in High Point (my grandfather, so I'm biased).We're working on getting a small complex or converted historic house close to the downtown area to upgrade, restore, and manage part time.Looking forward to meeting you all.

One agent was marketing a $700K custom restored farmhouse, and said he didn't want to pay more than $100 - and this would have been for a 3 hour shoot with studio lighting in almost every room.
