Hopefully you have this provision in your lease.Unfortunately if they are the other kind of uncooperative(constantly late, major lease violations, or filthy beyond belief), you probably are best letting it sit vacant.

I would keep in mind not to dig deeply into any views made by the them (especially religious and political) because once you see something, you can't un-see it; and just because you don't like their opinion on something, doesn't mean you can deny them.

I use them religiously, and also put forth my own scopes and videos whenever I’m helping my out of state clients in a wholesale or traditional home sale transaction.

Although I haven't complete the full cycle, I have strong belief in it.

Like ambivalence in reaching out to professionals in markets due to lack of knowledge, uncertainty in how things will go, and belief that I need to learn more before putting myself out there.

In fact some people double down on incorrect beliefs, even after conventional wisdom shows they are wrong.

You have to obliterate that belief in yourself.

Forget about all the beliefs that you have to hit "x" number or get back every penny that you put in to be successful. 

Despite all the obstacles, it is upon us whether we will use it as a fuel rather than a limiting belief to do more. 

I haven't heard @Jason Hartman speak on it, but I would agree with the urban flight belief.
