One of the biggest mistakes newer investors make is over-rehabbing houses and spending too much money on these low ARV homes.

Theres going to be so much money there they will have to change their name from the Orangemen to the Greenmen. 

I have access to a huge community of real estate investors, private money lenders, ect.

I won’t lose any money or no recourse for defaulting? 

OPJust borrow the money in the US and use it in Belize.

Often, I am not able to keep all of my ira funds invested in active loans so I would like to be able to keep the money that is not invested in loans in a liquid "money market" type of fund on a temporary basis.
